1. Strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy

All payments made towards courses, webinars, or one-on-one consultations are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. Once payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or adjusted.

  • We do not allow shifting or adjusting the paid amount from one course to another.
  • This policy applies uniformly to all users and all types of services offered on our platform.

Remedies Policy
Neeraj Sir offers remedies only when the energy of the astrological chart supports them. If the chart does not indicate the potential for effective remedies, none will be prescribed. 

Cancellation and Refund
 All consultation bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. 

Booking Confirmation
Your consultation slot will be confirmed only after we receive the full payment. Please ensure payment is completed to avoid delays or cancellation of the appointment. 

Session Recordings
Recordings of consultation sessions are not provided. We encourage clients to take detailed notes during the live Zoom session, as no replay or video will be shared. 

Rescheduling Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or postpone your consultation slot. We will make every effort to inform you in advance and provide an alternative date and time. 

Astrological Technicality Policy
Our consultation sessions are designed to offer life guidance and predictions. Please refrain from asking technical or teaching-related astrology questions, such as the interpretation of individual planetary placements. The purpose of the consultation is to provide practical outcomes, not a lesson in astrology.
